Scope and Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the rights and obligations of Kovács Levente Sole Proprietor (headquarters: 2230 Gyömrő, Bocskay Street 8, tax number: 58196010-1-33) as the service provider (hereinafter "Provider") and the customers (hereinafter "Clients") using the electronic commerce services offered on the mototech4x4 website (hereinafter "Website"). These Terms include the conditions for redeeming registration vouchers purchased from the Provider. The Website can also be accessed via www.mototech4x4.com.
By using the services, Clients declare they understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Clients who do not accept these Terms may not use the services offered on the Website.
Data Protection
The Provider is committed to protecting Clients' personal data, respecting their informational self-determination rights, and complying with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). The Provider processes personal data confidentially, taking all necessary technical, organizational, and security measures to ensure data safety.
Photo, Audio, and Video Recordings
Clients acknowledge that photos, audio, or video recordings may be made during the car tours, which may include their likeness. Clients cannot claim any rights or compensation related to these recordings, which the Provider may use, publish, and distribute without restriction as outlined in the Provider’s Privacy Policy.

- Complaints can be submitted in person or in writing but not via phone.
- Verbal complaints will be addressed immediately, if possible. If not, a record will be made, and the Provider will respond within 30 days. Written complaints will also receive a response within 30 days.
Service Description
The service involves organizing and conducting car tours.
Registration and Payment
- Registration is confirmed only after payment is received in the specified bank account.
- An invoice will be issued and sent to the Client via email after payment.
- Clients must accept the Privacy Policy and Terms before finalizing purchases.
Vehicle Requirements for Participation
- Vehicles must weigh no more than 3.5 tons.
- Only vehicles in good technical condition with proper brakes, steering systems, and compliant tires are allowed.
- Seat belts are mandatory for all occupants.
Participant Responsibilities
- Participation is at the Client’s own risk.
- Clients are responsible for any damages caused by them or their vehicles.
- Clients must follow the instructions of the Provider and its instructors.
Cancellation Policy
- Provider's right to cancel: The Provider may reschedule events due to technical or weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable but transferable with at least 30 days’ notice.

Client cancellation:
- Up to 90 days before the event: 20% cancellation fee.
- Within 7 days before the event: 30% cancellation fee.
- No-show: 100% cancellation fee.
Exclusion from Events
Participants may be excluded without refund for disruptive behavior or failing to follow instructions.
Program Changes
The Provider reserves the right to modify the program or the Terms unilaterally. Updates will be posted on the Website and take effect upon publication.
